Our Small Group Training (SGT) Program brings the feeling of a group fitness class to a more personable setting. Classes are capped at 8 individuals. Our goal with Small Group Training is to provide an amazing group workout with the close guidance of a trainer. Small Group operates on a monthly schedule, offering over 30 classes per week with a range of workouts to choose from.

Class Descriptions
Total Body Strength
This class will help you build lean muscle, increase your overall strength, and improve your fitness level. You will target upper and lower body by using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, bands and more.
TRX Strength
This class is designed to challenge and improve total body strength. Using the TRX suspension trainer, you'll engage your core and stabilizer muscles while performing a variety of exercises that target both upper and lower body
MetCon
MetCon (metabolic conditioning) is designed to challenge your cardiovascular system and improve your overall fitness level. Short burst of intense exercises (Kettlebell Swings, Box Jumps, etc) followed by brief periods of rest will push your limits!
5-Rounds
5-Rounds on the heavy bag will challenge your endurance and build strength & coordination. You will perform a variety of punches, kicks and build combinations.
9-Rounds
Just like our "5-Rounds" class but with 4 more rounds to test yourself and work outside your comfort zone.
Core Flow
This workout will improve your overall flexibility, stability, and core strength. A variety of exercises and stretches will engage your core muscles and improve your range of motion.
Restore & More
By combining Yin and Restorative Yoga, you will feel the benefits beyond the muscle and will target connective tissue, ligaments, and joints. This class will also calm the nervous system and release tension from the body and the mind.
Lift & Flow

Classes focus on building full-body muscular strength and endurance

Usually involves using cable or plate-loaded equipment, dumbbells, bands, or kettlebells to challenge the body and promote muscular development
Yellow - Strength Based Workouts
Green - Strength & Cardio Based Workouts

Classes consist of full body, high intensity metabolic conditioning incorporating all major muscle groups and movement patterns

This style of training focuses on maximizing burning calories while building muscular strength and endurance (Benefit → afterburn effect)

Afterburn effect, raises metabolic rate to burn calories even after you’ve finished the workout
Red - Cardio Based Workouts

Work on improving cardiovascular fitness and overall health and well-being through a variety of high-energy aerobic classes (Spinning, Zumba, Boxing, Step)

This style of training provides a fun and motivating way to raise the heart rate and increase blood circulation, leading to improved endurance and stamina
Blue - Mobility & Recovery Based Workouts

This style of class aims to strengthen the core and improve balance and flexibility

Classes involve a fusion of oga and Pilates movements interspersed with mobility work and stretching

Classes involve a fusion of mobility, stretching and strength movements
Lift and Flow is a combination of dynamic vinyasa, supersets, and core strengthening exercises. The last 10 minutes of class is a slower flow with static stretching. This small group class is designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health, while practicing mindful movement and presence.
