One-on-One Training

1 Client : 1 Trainer

The trainer will customize the program and work directly with the client through the workout, making modifications & progressions as needed. Sessions are scheduled directly between trainer & client.

PartnerTraining

2 Clients : 1 Trainer

The trainer will customize the program for both clients. They may or may not follow the same workout depending on their health history and fitness goals. Sessions are scheduled directly between trainer & clients. 

Small Group Training

Up to 8 Clients : 1 Trainer

The trainer will take the clients through the scheduled workout. Workouts vary from strength or cardio based to mobility and recovery formats. Sessions are scheduled through the website or the studio app.

Program Design

Do you feel comfortable working out on your own but would benefit from the knowledge and accountability of a Personal Trainer? Program Design may be the perfect option. You will meet routinely with your trainer to review your program and track progress.​

Open Gym

Enjoy 24/7 access to our facility. With the Open Gym Membership, you have access to work out on your own on an unlimited basis. We require that members reserve their open gym time to ensure that overcrowding does not become an issue.​
